AntiVirus submits risk
details to Symantec. You
can specify your proxy
settings to obtain
definition updates. You

options.

General
If you set a password to access the Settings window,
you must enter the password to view or configure
settings even if you are an administrator. Therefore,
ensure that you set an easy password. However, if you
forget your settings password, you can reset the
password in the window that appears when you choose
to uninstall Norton AntiVirus. You need not uninstall
the product to reset your password. You can use the
reset settings password option in the uninstall
preference window to reset your password.
